Director Project Management for OSAT Fab Facility in Semiconductor businessOverview:The Project Director for OSAT / FAB Construction is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the construction project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.This pivotal role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in managing large-scale construction projects in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate shall have 15-20 years of experience leading and executing OSAT / FAB / Clean Room facilities for semiconductor manufacturers.Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes including the Civil and MEP systems involved is desirable. Direct construction experience desirable.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement overall project strategy in alignment with organizational priorities and client requirements. Lead project planning activities and oversee all phases of construction projects including Testing and Commissioning and Handover. Establish project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to monitor progress. Build and lead a multidisciplinary project team fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Supervise and mentor project managers and other team members. Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain positive relations with key stakeholders while managing expectations. Manage project budgets and Implement cost-saving strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes & safety standards. Develop risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions and maintain continuity. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation including lessons learned, best practices, and project outcomes to support continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; Masters degree or PMP certification preferred.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.,
