Singapore NEXIF ENERGY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

The Project Director will lead the Company’s business development activities in one or more countries in South East Asia by providing strategic & business leadership in support of the Company’s objectives. He shall perform various duties at the professional level in the following key functional areas:

- Leading project development activities in relation to Company’s business in the country.
- Incorporate project companies and procure investment certificate or other relevant registration.
- Hire a project team to manage the companies projects in the country.
- Procure land use rights for the land required to develop, construct, operate and maintain the projects of the Company.
- Procure water and fuel supply for the projects.
- Lead contractual negotiations, drafting, execution & management in the areas of EPC, power offtake, land acquisition / lease, grid connectivity, O&M, long-term maintenance etc.
- Liaison with governmental & regulatory authorities in respect of the projects in the country. Procure permits, consents, registration, licenses and certificates from the governmental authorities in relation to the companies projects or business in the country
- As relevant, lead domestic and foreign currency debt financings for the projects in the country.
- Budget preparation & tracking, project scheduling & monitoring, internal investment approvals etc.
- Supervise all finance, corporate secretarial, administrative and HR matters for the project company and the project team
- To provide administrative and communication support as directed to ensure effective informational flow, proper records of all relevant information and data for both internal and external requirements
- Any other activity which the Company’s Management, Board may assign to the person from time to time.
