Singapore Formative Search Full time

Formative Search has partnered up with a start-up climate-tech company. They are growing their team in Asia and are looking for a Project Director in Batangas, Philippines. The Project Director will be responsible for managing the overall planning, execution, monitoring the projects.

**What the Project Director do**:

- Oversee the implementation of projects from conception to completion
- Manage and review product lifecycle, schedules, plans, budgets, and other communication
- Manage resources and resolve issues from various components of the project
- Engage stakeholders including customers and vendors in project decisions and execution
- Identify opportunities for further expansion of the projects
- Monitor and improve team performance
- Develop talent and grow the team to reach objectives

**How will the Project Director look like**:

- Education in Business or Project Management and/or another related course
- At least 5 years of working experience in consulting or project management
- Experience in real estate, renewable energy and sustainability is preferred
- Experience in managing and working with the Filipino workforce
- Must be fluent both verbal and written English and Tagalog
- Strong project leadership skills, organization, self-motivation and critical thinker
