Job Title: Project Director

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

 

Main Responsibilities:

- To provide direction in planning, co-ordination with sub-contractors, clients and consultants in ensuring smooth construction progress based on work schedule

- To monitor project development schedule

- To ensure site work runs smoothly and timely

- To ensure safety and environmental regulations are complied

- To oversee the overall project management activities at site
