**Job Description**:
We are a licensed structural subcontractor under the BCA, actively engaged in residential and commercial construction projects in Singapore. As the company expands its scale and project portfolio, we are seeking a capable and experienced Financial Director to join our leadership team.

The Financial Director will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and play a key role in strategic planning and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning

Manage project cost control, payment claims, and subcontractor disbursements

Oversee monthly/annual closing, financial reporting, and audit processes

Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and procedures

Advise senior management on financial risks and investment decisions

Support tender preparation and cost evaluation for new projects

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries

Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
