Job Title:
Financial Director

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3 years in a managerial position
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
