Corporate Governance Specialist
We are seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling full spectrum corporate secretarial duties and providing advice on compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients and stakeholders. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation of companies and maintenance of Statutory Registers.
- Provide advice on changes to compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Law, Business or related field.
