Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Building Modeler Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and develop detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software.
2. Update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
3. Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.
4. Use Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.
5. Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction and as-built stages from BIM model.
6. Produce completeness shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings submission schedule is achieved.
7. Ensure that BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) or requirement/instruction as stipulated.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation.
- Excellent understanding of building information modeling principles and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
