">- Develop comprehensive BIM Execution Plans, fostering consistency and quality across the project lifecycle.
- Seamlessly integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
- Craft and manage clash reports, facilitating collaborative BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
- Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
- Swiftly troubleshoot model issues, ensuring timely resolution and project momentum.
- Guidance is provided to architects on implementing relevant BIM strategies and technologies.
- Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, guaranteeing efficient execution.
- Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management.
- Proficiency in Singapore BIM Standards.
- A strong drive to stay updated with the latest BIM developments and a commitment to continual improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies.
