Job Title: Digital Building Information Modeler

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Building Information Modeler to create high-quality BIM content for our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and detailed 3D models using C&S, Archi, and M&E software.
  • Develop production documents and shop drawings directly from the models.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant's RFI to reflect the design intent.
  • Liaise with the team to produce timely deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Min. Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering/Diploma in Engineering or BIM.
  • At least 2 years' experience with BIM, preferably from Main Contractors or Consultants independently.
  • BuildingSmart DDM Tier 4 is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible personality who can work well in a team.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
