Digital Building Information Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a BIM modelling professional to join our team. As a key member of the project, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage building information models using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
  • Develop and implement effective modelling strategies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers and architects to integrate modelling data into project plans.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on modelling techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of building information modelling principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, with experience in 3D modelling and drafting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Autodesk tools, including Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Standard Code Requirements for Fire Protection Systems.
  • Familiarity with clash detection and scheduling software.
  • Ability to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and other relevant documents.
