BIM Modelling Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modelling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed building models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.

  • Develop and manage detailed building information models (BIMs) for construction projects, utilising tools like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate model representation and integration of project data.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any issues related to modelling and data management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of building construction principles, architecture, and engineering disciplines.
  • Experience working with Autodesk Revit and other 3D modelling software.
  • Excellent technical skills in data management and analysis.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
