BIM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced BIM implementation specialist to manage and oversee the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies in our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM software, including Bentley OpenPlant, and be able to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies for assigned projects
  • Coordinate the use of BIM software across projects
  • Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and construction teams
  • Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project specifications
  • Conduct regular BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering
  • At least 5 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering, or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management
  • 4 years of relevant BIM experience as a project-level BIM Coordinator role in a large-scale or infrastructure project
  • Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
