Job Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to support the success of our national projects.
- Monday to Friday, office hours; occasional hours outside of office hours compensated in time-off
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including data collation, report preparation, and submission.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and assist with policy planning administration.
- Support divisional operations by assisting with budget planning and allocation for events.
- Collaborate with community partners to develop, coordinate, and implement Emergency Preparedness (EP) programmes.
- Promote EP initiatives within the community.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Administration.
- Excellent English language skills, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable, meticulous, and able to work independently.
