Roles & Responsibilities

We're seeking a Project Administrator to support our Project Management team in executing luxury retail construction projects. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage project documentation (contracts, permits, reports).
  • Assist in submissions to landlords/authorities (building/mall management, etc.).
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and compliance deadlines.
  • Prepare delivery schedules, and logistics coordination.
  • Support project billing, claims, and schedule tracking.
  • Assist with project handover documents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Building, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in project administration (construction/fit-out preferred).
  • Familiar with Singapore construction documentation and permit processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Project; knowledge of project tools an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Singaporean/ SPR
