
Project Administrator – Retail Construction Project

We're seeking a Project Administrator to support our Project Management team in executing luxury retail construction projects. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
- Manage project documentation (contracts, permits, reports).
- Assist in submissions to landlords/authorities (building/mall management, etc.).
- Track project schedules, milestones, and compliance deadlines.
- Prepare delivery schedules, and logistics coordination.
- Support project billing, claims, and schedule tracking.
- Assist with project handover documents.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level in Business Administration, Project Management, Building, or related field.
- 1–2 years' experience in project administration (construction/fit-out preferred).
- Familiar with Singapore construction documentation and permit processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Project; knowledge of project tools an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
