- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring their vision is understood and implemented.
- Collaborating with designers, contractors, and suppliers, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality work.
- Monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and managing timelines to avoid overruns or delays.
- Ensuring the quality of design and construction, troubleshooting on-site issues, and maintaining high standards of work.
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues, escalating critical problems as needed.
- Minimum relevant Diploma and above
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Good organisation, communication, administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Interior Design and Construction
- Financial Acumen
- Adaptability
