Key Corporate Planning & Business Intelligence Role

Based in Singapore, this pivotal position bridges strategic planning and operational delivery. You will support senior leadership in shaping the organization's direction, managing initiatives, and driving data-informed decisions that enhance performance.

This role combines high-level analytical thinking with hands-on execution, involving collaboration with internal business units and external engagement with member airlines and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze cross-functional business scenarios to assess potential impacts on product performance and commercial viability.
  • Support planning cycles with a focus on harmonizing budgets, resource allocations, and delivery timelines across stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that inform corporate strategy and support executive decision-making.
  • Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress, ensuring transparent tracking of results.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of business intelligence processes, tools, and dashboards.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure data governance standards are applied to maintain accuracy, integrity, and security.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage small teams and/or cross-functional projects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a bridge between strategic leadership, operational teams, and member airlines to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate planning, business intelligence, or data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
