Corporate Strategy and Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Strategy and Performance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies, managing performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement corporate strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Manage performance metrics and reports to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business results.
4. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, performance management, or a related field.
* Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
