**Responsibilities**:

- Business Plan Development:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive business plans aligned with the organization's strategy.
- Conduct thorough analyses of the external environment, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
- Identify opportunities and threats and develop forward revenue models to support business planning efforts.
- Business Plan Execution:

- Oversee the implementation of strategic objectives and business plans.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and set clear objectives and KPIs for teams.
- Monitor progress towards achieving targets and propose corrective interventions when necessary.
- Performance Management:

- Develop and maintain Balanced Scorecards aligned with strategic objectives.
- Define KPIs and targets, monitor progress, and report on performance regularly.
- Evaluate and score Balanced Scorecards at the end of the financial year.
- Corporate Transactions and Projects:

- Support the evaluation and execution of potential business ideas, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate projects.
- Conduct due diligence, financial evaluations, and risk assessments for corporate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies throughout the process.
- Market Intelligence and Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Analyze industry trends, economic environments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and industry groups to support decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or Law.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, management consulting, corporate finance, audit, or business development.
- Specialized knowledge and skills in strategy development, performance management, project management, financial modeling, and effective communication.
