ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team as a Junior HR Executive who excels in effective communication, operations work, and possesses a keen eye for details. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and HR-related projects as needed.
Attend to employee requests and questions, providing advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
Assist with conducting new hire orientation and prepare onboarding, including the preparation of paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision, and termination.
Prepare and maintain employee database, including leave records and HRIS management.
Conduct and reconcile benefits enrolment for new employees.
Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.
Support in offboarding.
Any other ad-hoc HR-related matters and administration.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimally Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
Preferably with some admin experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Meticulous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Team player and independent.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all work.
IHRP Certification would be ideal.
