Job Responsibilities
Be a HR Business Partner to drive HR strategies to the respective stakeholders in Retail.
Deliver responsive and effective day-to-day HR services and solutions to the retail team including Manpower planning, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, and Performance Management.
Provide consultation and coaching to the managers and employees regarding employee relations issues.
Develop and facilitate communication channels in order to build up a close work relationship among the Management and staff at all levels.
Ensure excellent quality and be creative towards recruitment needs within the organization.
Keep abreast of talent market trends and HR best practices and be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance.
Collaborate and work with the Zone HR team on Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications and Compliance, and Talent related topics.
Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decisions.
Able to lead or work on transversal projects across the HR team to drive HR efficiencies.
Requirements & Competencies
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years in retail or service industry, across regional and local roles.
Strong in HR Business Partnership and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organization skills.
Driven and results oriented.
Good knowledge of employment law & regulations.
