We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Unit Handover Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough unit inspections, collaborating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining effective communication with developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive unit inspections to identify defects or issues.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality rectifications.
- Maintain open communication with developers to provide detailed progress reports and handover documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in unit handover, defect inspection, and management within property development or management sectors.
- Diploma or equivalent certification in a relevant discipline.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
