Property Handover Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to join our team as a Property Handover Specialist.
As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during unit handover and defects management.
Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in meeting the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of units before handover, identify defects, and coordinate with contractors for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate handover schedules with developers, guide owners through the handover process, and address any inquiries about unit interiors.
- Act as the liaison between owners and contractors, ensuring timely defect resolutions and maintaining accurate records.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in unit handover and defects management.
- Diploma-qualified or equivalent certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively as part of a team.
