We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Strata Management Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.

The position involves conducting pre-handover inspections, identifying defects, and working closely with contractors to ensure prompt resolution. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate handover schedules, guide owners through the process, and address any inquiries about unit interiors.
