About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with a proven track record in solution selling within the systems integrator (SI) space. This role focuses on driving new business for our Cloud, Security, SAP Solutions, and Digital Solutions offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build and close high-value opportunities with enterprise and mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the areas of Cloud, Security, SAP Solutions, and Digital Solutions. Develop a deep understanding of target industries and their specific challenges to tailor solution offerings.
- Solution Selling: Present and sell complex IT solutions, leveraging expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Cybersecurity solutions, Digital Transformation services, and SAP solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and leveraging market insights. Regularly update CRM systems with prospect and client information to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative guidance to clients to maximize the value of solutions provided.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, demonstrating a consistent track record of high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in IT solutions, with a focus on Cloud, Security, SAP Solutions, and/or Digital Solutions.
- Proven experience working with a Systems Integrator (SI) or equivalent IT service provider.
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity solutions, digital transformation services, and SAP solutions.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts and collaborate with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving new business.
- Certifications in Cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, etc.), Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) (Not a must but preferred)
