Job Description
1. Operational Efficiency
Oversee the efficient running of manufacturing operations for SATS Food Services, 234 pandan loop
Establish and review procedures and work process to meet operational changes and customer requirements
Monitor process compliance and drive process improvements
Plan, manage and control section to work effectively and efficiently
Ensure GMPs in food plant & smooth operations.
2. Safety and Security
Ensure a safe working improvement for all staff in the section.
Oversee food & personal safety and security matters related to transportation and operation
3. People Development
Ensure sufficient & proper OJT are being carry out to all staffs
Monitor, evaluate and enhance staff performance, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and recognising achievements
Inculcate good staff discipline, including implementing a fair but firm disciplinary measure when necessary
Maintain and enhance positive workplace harmony and staff morale.
4. Control Operational Costs
Monitor and control operating costs, including Overtime (OT) costs and transportation claims, while ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity
Monitor & plan NE staffs duty schedule according to events and operational requirements.
5. Stakeholder Management
Build strong working relationships with executives, employees and HODs of other departments to ensure maximum integrated operating effectiveness
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Requirement
Relevant experience in food manufacturing plant operations or a similar field
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Ability to analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Possess good decision-making, problem solving and communication skills
Team player with attention to detail and understanding of the bigger picture
Provision of Microsoft skills.
