Senior Mechanical Product Specialist
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components. This includes creating concepts for mechatronic sub-assemblies, assemblies, and product-related parts. The candidate should have a strong understanding of feasibility studies, product cost estimation, and risk assessment.
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components
- Create 3D modules and BOMs including 2D drawings following company standards
- Initiate engineering change requests and implement design changes
- Project coordination and time management for responsible topics
Required Skills and Qualifications
The candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automation/equipment industries or equivalent
- Significant practical experience in mechanical design, construction, and testing with a solid understanding of functional relationships between individual components and electromechanical systems
- Good knowledge of mechanical parts evaluation and qualification
- Knowledge of structural dynamics/modal analysis is a plus
