Senior Mechanical Systems Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical systems projects from conception to completion.

Your primary focus will be on managing the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure they meet our high standards. You will work closely with contractors and engineers to review submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents for mechanical and plumbing services.

In addition, you will conduct site assessments and field inspections to gather technical requirements and ensure project feasibility. Your ability to perform field inspections, testing, and supervision of on-site installation work is crucial to the success of our projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering complex mechanical systems projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and diagrams
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
