Senior Mechanical Systems Specialist

Mechanical engineers play a pivotal role in designing, supervising, and administering various mechanical systems and projects. As a mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining complex mechanical systems and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, supervise, and administer air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems
· Perform cooling load calculations and pump selection and pipe sizing
· Select and size air handling equipment and ducts
· Install and maintain controls and building automation systems
· Design and install fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler pumps and wet/dry riser systems
· Prepare system schematic and layout drawings and technical specifications and drawings
· Evaluate tenders and submit plans to relevant authorities
· Review contractors' technical submissions and shop drawings
· Verify contractors' progress claims and monitor site progress
· Witness factory and site acceptance tests
Requirements:
· Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
· Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
· Proficiency in CAD software and construction management techniques
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
