Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mechanical engineer to join our team as a senior mechanical specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex mechanical systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

 

  • Lead the development of detailed mechanical designs, including specifications, drawings, and bills of materials.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to junior team members.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including API recommended practices and ASME pressure vessel codes.

 

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
