PPP Coffee, formerly known as Papa Palheta, is a leading specialty coffee roaster in Singapore. We serve a network of over 50 partners across the HORECA sector and corporate offices. In addition, the group owns and operates three F&B retail outlets, including our flagship store, Chye Seng Huat Hardware. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to lead the strategic growth of our B2B sales channels, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and corporate partnerships across Singapore and key regional markets. Job Description The Head of Sales & Business Development will be responsible for driving and executing our B2B growth strategy. This includes leading a high-performing team, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint in both local and regional markets. The role is critical in shaping how PPP Coffee delivers value to partners and clients while strengthening our brand presence in the specialty coffee space. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the B2B wholesale and corporate sales strategy in alignment with business goals. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across customer segments and geographic markets. Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance KPIs to achieve revenue goals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of wholesale and corporate prospects. Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and onboarding. Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Hire, train, and manage a team of wholesale
