We are looking for a Head of Sales who will be a core leader within the team, and will work closely with the company’s leadership team to deliver sales result and ensure that the key KPI’s are met and exceeded.

Head of Sales

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and develop business plan and strategy for target market, executing sales action plans and strategies to ensure attainment of Company international sales goals and profitability

Prepare action plans by for effective search for international sales leads and prospects

Initiates and coordinates development of action plans

Provide timely feedback to the Management regarding sales performance

Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins

Maintains contact with all customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Lead and coordinate all international shipping, distribution and delivery with warehouse and logistic departments to ensure timely delivery of goods

Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients

Manage the entire site experience for the company's app, including the overall UX/ UI of the interface, ultimately driving the site(s) on different platforms to operate well, and look good to consumers

Drive the full year campaign calendar, to ensure that relevant & enticing activities are driven each month to drive sales and engagement

Monitor and report of KPI achievements and post campaign analysis for data-driven decision making

Able to drive strong data driven decisions, especially with leveraging analysis from past campaigns and other factors to make the best decisions on item feature and for what durations

Strong sensitivity to real-time performance and able to make timely decisions in the moment, with data, to switch out items/ price features to drive the best performance possible

To be involved and contribute in various projects contributing to the growth of the company

**Requirements**:

Minimum of 7 years overall work experience, at least 3 years at Senior Management level

Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge various international cultures

Influencing skills and ability to build strong business rapport at all levels

Strong organizational and analytical skills
