Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contact Center Manager located in Singapore. The Contact Center Manager will oversee daily operations of the contact center, manage a team of customer service representatives, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, developing strategies for service improvement, training and mentoring staff, and handling escalated customer issues. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising and mentoring staff
Proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis to drive service improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and conflict resolution
Knowledge of contact center technologies and CRM systems
Ability to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Previous experience in a contact center environment is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Singapore
