What You Will Drive Lead the Reinvention of Healthcare Hiring- Design and implement bold, scalable strategies to attract and hire top talent – clinical and non-clinical – in a highly competitive landscape.
- Bring a fresh perspective to the unique challenges of healthcare recruitment without being bound by "how it's always been done."
- Build and optimize a modern TA function rooted in agility, candidate experience, and data-driven decision making.
- Disrupt traditional sourcing channels by introducing innovative, data-driven, and tech-enabled approaches to attract top-tier talent—locally and globally.
- Build, coach, and empower a recruitment team that thrives on experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and innovation.
- Act as strategic advisor to hiring managers and leaders, challenging assumptions and co-creating talent solutions
- Serve as a trusted thought partner who brings external best practices and isn't afraid to say there's a better way.
- Redesign the candidate journey to be fast, transparent, inclusive, and aligned with our mission and values.
- Collaborate with branding and communications teams to position us as a credible and attractive employer of choice through storytelling, digital campaigns, and targeted outreach.
- Elevate employer brand presence across digital platforms, communities, and professional networks.
- Leverage technology, sourcing strategies, and metrics to build efficiency and scale.
- Introduce technologies and approaches (eg. AI, automation) that modernise the recruitment process.
- Build inclusive pipelines that reflect the diverse communities we serve.
- Embed equitable practices in every stage of the hiring process – from sourcing to selection.
- 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
- Leading teams in dynamic, high-growth, or change-driven environments is advantageous but not necessary.
- Track record of driving transformation in recruiting – redesigning systems, workflows, and strategies to improve outcomes.
- Bold thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and challenge legacy mindsets with diplomacy and confidence.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and using data to iterate and improve.
- Strong storytelling and branding instincts – can position an employer brand to attract mission-aligned talent.
- Passion for building teams that make a meaningful impact — healthcare experience is not required, but a desire to improve lives through people is essential.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into execution.
