We are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible specialist sellers with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end‐to‐end AI Workforce thought leadership, driving significant customer value and enabling transformational outcomes. As an AI Workforce Digital Specialist you will generate pipeline, engage prospective clients, build strong relationships, and close sales. Understanding industry pain points and how AI will enable new ways of working is essential. You will demonstrate how solutions optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and improve employee engagement, thereby promoting Microsoft’s offerings to unlock workforce potential. The role offers flexibility, including up to 40% remote work. Responsibilities Collaborate with virtual technical, partner, and consulting teams to advance the sales process and achieve or exceed solution sales targets in assigned accounts. Identify customer business needs and contribute to solution development; proactively build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close AI Workforce opportunities. Foster and expand Microsoft’s relationship with Customer Business Decision Makers; hunt new AI Workforce opportunities by engaging key contacts and understanding customers’ priorities and governance. Collaborate with internal partners to plan, orchestrate, and execute AI Workforce opportunities for cross‐sell and upsell. Act as a subject matter expert on AI Workforce solutions, sharing best practices and competitor knowledge, and make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal. Plan for accounts, forecast, and manage AI Workforce solutions across accounts to pursue high‐potential customers and maintain pipeline hygiene. Qualifications 6+ years sales and negotiation experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) plus 3+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work. Additional or Preferred Qualifications 3–5+ years experience selling cloud services to large/global customers. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Understanding of partner ecosystems and ability to leverage partner solutions/services. Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape. Demonstrated ability to show business value of Microsoft’s solutions relative to competitors. End‐to‐end sales experience with customers using all sales programs available. High productivity, ability to manage competing priorities, and work autonomously in a fast‐paced environment. Quick learning of systems, processes, products, and services. Relationship building, collaboration, and influence across functions and stakeholder groups. Sales excellence discipline: planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline and opportunity management.
