We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as Talent Acquisition SpecialistYour Focus As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be based at our Singapore Innovation Center which houses all business divisions and the extensive leadership team, nestled amidst a dynamic research and development hub that reflects the blending of Science and Creativity. You will support all Talent Acquisition efforts for Singapore and across Greater Asia with a focus on talent acquisition end-to-end process, sourcing and identification, system management and proactively participate in regional or global projects, whenever opportunity arises. The role will see you collaborating across different functions, manage strategic and time sensitive hiring of assigned projects. Representing IFF to the highest standards, you will identify talents based on job requirements, build market knowledge and execute sourcing strategies to attract and hire best-in‐class talent. This role will report into the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Greater Asia & India. How you will Contribute Collaborate as Talent Acquisition partner, support Regional Talent Acquisition in delivering hiring needs for all functions across Asia. Accelerate sourcing and hiring, deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions to support business needs. Independently manage full recruiting cycle including first engagement to job postings, pre‐screening and reviewing resumes, assessing applications, initiating and managing interview process through to job closures. Niche skills sourcing, identifying and recruiting active or passive talents for hard‐to‐fill role. Support hiring initiatives, driving through the 'customer intimacy' and 'candidate care' experience throughout the recruitment process, creating and maintaining positive relationships. Networking constantly and finding new approach or method to promote IFF Employer brand with the aim to attract top talent. Connect with key industry affiliations or universities to source pipeline talent and leverage relationships to elevate IFF employer brand. Support continuous improvement and collaborate with global or regional peers to identify new innovative ways to leverage branding, best practices, talent trends and technology. Manage global applicant tracking system, Singapore government job portal and other local job board administration, audit and ensure data integrity and compliance is maintained at all times. Become super user and in‐house expert on training facilitation for Talent Acquisition policy, process and global applicant tracking system. Maximize LinkedIn Recruiter program or local job boards to accelerate talent sourcing, mapping and pipelining. Ensure Talent database up‐to‐date maintenance. Leverage and engage with business leaders to identify industry top talent. Collaborate with businesses to build active and passive talent engagement process. Job Requirements What you will need to be successful Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years or more proven track record in Talent Acquisition or full cycle recruiting experience, preferably strong familiarity and expertise in hiring for Asia region. In‐house experience from multinational, manufacturing or Chemical industry with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex hiring preferred. Good relationship management skills and capability in engaging stakeholders and various levels either on‐site or remote. Strong familiarity with Global Applicant Tracking System, database management, direct sourcing and social media hiring or branding tools (Workday, LinkedIn or local job boards). Experience with Singapore government job portal, ability in ensuring position management due diligence on MyCareersFuture portal. Solid experience in managing the full cycle or end‐to‐end recruitment process. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast‐moving environment. Capable in handling confidential and sensitive information. Strong communication, interpersonal / people skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Able to work and complete projects independently as well as within a matrix team environment. Critical skills to excel in the role Expertise in niche skills sourcing, passive to active conversion, engagement. Multi‐tasker, high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize. Must possess a high degree of initiative, attention to detail and resourcing capability. Strong Microsoft suite skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Meticulous, accurate, detail oriented, good analytical reporting skills. Strong organizing and workflow management skills, which include establishing priorities and following up on unresolved matters.
