This role is within the Program Management team in the SMB & Channel sales team. As a Senior Enablement Program Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end sales enablement experience for Pinterest’s rapidly growing Global Sales Partner (Reseller) sales team, a team of external sales representatives. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable sales and product enablement programs aligned with business goals to drive product adoption. You will act as the central liaison between our external Sales Partners, Channel Sales Leadership, and other SMB enablement teams to ensure consistency and scalability of enablement programs.
What You’ll Do
Identify existing training content and adapt them for regional markets to support sales teams in effectively selling Pinterest products.
Partner with product marketing, content/insight, and central enablement teams to understand product features, roadmaps, and positioning, translating that knowledge into impactful enablement programs.
Create high-impact learning experiences using modalities such as eLearning, video, in-person and virtual training, and microlearning.
Integrate global best practices into regional programs, adapting content for local markets where necessary.
Collaborate with senior sales leadership to assess training needs, define success metrics, and influence learning strategies.
Build communication channels to keep external Sales Partners informed about training materials, product launches, and initiatives.
Provide resources and ongoing education to Sales Partners to support them in an evolving product and industry landscape.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years experience in sales, sales enablement, product enablement, sales strategy, or sales operations, preferably within tech, media, or digital marketing.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
Experience in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
Proven ability to develop scalable learning programs for sales teams.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex information into clear content.
Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
