Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer/Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment/systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and training to customers as required;
- Assisting in project coordination, including material procurement and site supervision;
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues;
- Preparing service reports, documentation, and project updates;
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards;
Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance works, as well as supporting project execution from planning to completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma/degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field);
- Relevant experience in service engineering or project engineering;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Class 3 driving license an added advantage;
