Job Title: Service Engineer

About This Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site visits.
  • Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems.
  • Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues.
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing, and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors.
  • Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses.
  • Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely, and accurately for smooth operation of the department.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chillers, ACMV, or HVAC systems.
  • Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.
  • Possess Class 3 driving license (optional).
