Technical Service Engineer


We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and equipment malfunctions.

  • Assist in the development and improvement of service procedures and guidelines.
  • Train customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Create detailed service reports and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience in technical service or field engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
