Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled High-Tech Field Service Expert to provide top-notch support and maintenance services for our clients' equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of client equipment, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support and maintenance services for client equipment
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape
  • Stay updated with the latest technical trends and advancements
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an electrical engineer or mechanical engineer
  • Experience in the Semi-conductor Industry, printed circuit board, packaging substrate industry is highly advantageous
  • Japanese language skills are a bonus for effective communication
  • Able to work independently and seek support when needed
  • Patient, adaptable, and service-oriented with excellent communication skills
