Job Overview

Solenis is a global leader in water and hygiene solutions, offering a comprehensive portfolio of products including water treatment chemistries, process aids, functional additives, cleaners, disinfectants, and advanced monitoring systems.

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Specialist to join our regional team based in Singapore. As a key member of the field service team, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for water treatment programs, ensuring equipment and chemical solutions perform at their best.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant equipment and chemical treatment programs, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and account managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing field service support for water treatment programs
  • Conducting testing and on-site water management services at customer plants
  • Inspecting and repairing chemical dosing and monitoring equipment as needed
  • Carrying out disinfection of cooling towers
  • Conducting site surveys and collecting samples for laboratory analysis
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards within customer premises

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Higher NITEC qualification
  • 1-2 years' experience in cooling/boiler water treatment field service (fresh graduates considered)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and a valid Class 3 Driving License
