Job Title: Field Service Engineer

This is a pivotal role in driving business growth by supporting our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • We seek an individual who can implement customer support policies, supervise company systems, and provide maintenance services to OEM end-users.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with OEM partners and internal teams, as defined under warranty and service support agreements.
  • In this position, you will play a crucial role in guiding proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate reporting methods for customer support activities, as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager.
  • Maintenance of company's parts inventory will be under your control.
  • You will assist in new equipment integration, upgrades, and add-ons.
  • Frequent feedback to headquarters based on experience gained with customers is expected.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry;
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  4. Strong technical knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing process;
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  7. Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
