Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process Letter of Credit (LC) documentation in accordance with contractual and banking requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for LC and finance-related documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to trade documentation and financial matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with basic accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and journal entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems and assist in month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience, especially in LC preparation and documentation.
- Candidate who can start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
