Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Input data through online system
- Issue shipping certificates/documents
- Prepare Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Statement of Accounts
- Filing, scanning of documents
- Handling general administrative support duties for departments
Job Requirements:
- Experience in shipping documents (e.g. Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Export Declaration)
- Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good writing skills in English
- At least GCE 'A' level or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good team player with a positive attitude and aptitude
- Proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to travel overseas (attend meeting etc) whenever is needed
