Job Title: Admin Clerk / Shipping Assistant (ID4255)
Location: : Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-6.00pm
**Salary**: $2000-$2500
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling and preparation of shipping documents for customers & freight forwarder for export permit declaration.
- Carry out shipment bookings and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Follow-up shipment and coordinate with Lab, Production and Customer.
- Collection and submission of shipping documents to banks.
- Liaise with sales team in shipment matters.
- Handling of customers’ inquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Extend sales co-ordination support for local sales
- Handle procurements activities (sourcing, issue PO & etc.,)
- General administration of office matters including general maintenance of website and e-commerce update.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by manager
**Requirements**:
- Min GCE N or O Levels Min 1 year similar work experience
