Job Title: Group Legal Advisor | Up to 20K + Bonus + AWS | 5 Days - 0310

Job Description

The position holder will provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of Singapore law and various applicable laws, regulations, and Company rules. This includes advising the Group's business departments, Managing Directors of Affiliates, traders, in drafting legal opinions, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, developing and/or updating relevant templates and standard Terms & Conditions for all businesses in Singapore.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Position holder requires a degree in law (LLB) in university and called to the Singapore bar. With at least 5-8 years of experience' in either a law firm or as a legal counsel, collaborate with counter parties in group's large North Asia exposure and business dealings. Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, knowledge of and litigation.
