About Our Legal Team

We are a dynamic and client-focused law firm seeking to expand our team of skilled professionals. Our practice encompasses a broad range of legal areas, including family law, criminal defence, civil litigation, personal injury claims, and corporate law.

Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about the legal field. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, including dispute resolution work at all forums and levels of the Singapore Courts and corporate work such as M&A, corporate advisory, and contract review.

The successful candidate will provide legal support and assistance to our civil/corporate/commercial team in a variety of legal matters. This may involve drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, assisting with trials and hearings, and providing support in corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including court documents such as pleadings and affidavits as well as corporate work such as contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in preparing for and attending trials and hearings.
  • Provide support in corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate governance.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on a range of legal issues and case law.
Qualifications
  • Must be qualified to practice in Singapore.
  • Preferably NQ to 1 PQE for Associate and 3PQE for Senior Associate.
  • Solid knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
