What role will you play?
Your role will be supporting a Managing Director and team members with extensive diary management including arranging internal and external face-to-face meetings and video calls. You will manage domestic and international travel arrangements including accommodation, visas, client entertainment, and expense claims. You will regularly interact with other executive assistants to coordinate conference calls with international offices and across different time zones.
What you offer
Proven track record in providing executive assistant support within the financial or professional services industry supporting senior-level executives.
Extensive experience in inbox management including filing of emails, arranging paperwork, and meeting documents.
Ability to adopt a proactive approach with the ability to understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to seamlessly interact with the global executive assistants' team, stakeholders, and senior executives within a fast-paced environment.
